Because many of our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as ordering the wrong size or color, changing your mind, or simply deciding that you no longer want the item.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 15 days of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue, please provide:

• Your order number

• A description of the issue

• Clear photos of the product and, when applicable, the packaging

Depending on the situation, an approved claim may result in a replacement/reprint or a refund.

You do not need to return a damaged or defective product unless we specifically provide different instructions.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please carefully review your shipping information before completing your order. TKS COLLECTION LLC is not responsible for orders that cannot be delivered because an incorrect or incomplete shipping address was provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to the sender because of an incorrect address, additional costs may apply for a replacement shipment.

Refunds

If your refund is approved, the refund will be processed through the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow your payment provider additional processing time for the refund to appear in your account.
